What people ask
Can I book a taxi to a hospital or medical appointment in advance?
Yes. Choose Book for later, set your pickup time and add a note with the clinic or ward. Booking the night before is best for early appointments.
Can I use my MPTP card?
Yes. Every car takes the Multi Purpose Taxi Program card, so eligible members pay half the fare up to the program limit.
Can you take a folding wheelchair or walker?
Yes, if it folds and fits in the boot. Tell us when you book so we send a car with enough room. We do not run wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. A carer or family member rides along at no extra charge, up to the seats in the car.
How do I get home after the appointment?
Add a return trip when you book, or call us when you are finished and we send the nearest car.
